Instead at dinner the scent of seafood cacciucco and wild boar Maremmana tell you that in our gourmet restaurant Ombra della Sera cooking is a serious thing. A magical combination of products chosen at Km zero and Tuscan tradition revisited with a pinch of creativity.
Upon reservation you can choose to have breakfast or dinner at Ombra della Sera, our à la carte restaurant overlooking the hotel’s pine forest. On the menu you will find seafood and land specialties made with raw materials rigorously selected from local producers. Our recipes, such as the cacciucco of the Tyrrhenian Sea, the catch of the day, the Chianina Florentine steak and the wild boar Maremmana, are a modern tribute to Tuscan tradition.
