Upon reservation, you can choose to dine at Ombra della Sera, our à la carte restaurant overlooking the hotel’s pine forest. On the menu you will find seafood and land specialties made with raw materials rigorously selected from local producers. Our recipes, such as the cacciucco from the Tyrrhenian Sea, the catch of the day, the Chianina Florentine steak and wild boar Maremmana, are a modern homage to Tuscan tradition.
