Park Hotel Marinetta is located in Marina di Bibbona, on the Etruscan Coast in the province of Livorno, Tuscany. Surrounded by a 3-hectare private pine forest, with a sandy Blue Flag beach and two swimming pools, it offers the space, calm and services that families with newborns need to feel truly at ease.
We know that travelling with a baby requires preparation, flexibility and the certainty that nothing will be missing at the destination. That is why we have designed a complete set of services for families from the very first days of a child’s life.

For parents who wish to enjoy an evening at the spa, a romantic dinner or simply a few hours of rest, a babysitting service is available on request, subject to availability and for an additional fee. We recommend requesting this service in advance at the time of booking.

- Elegance Room with Balcony. A private outdoor space where you can step outside for a moment while the baby rests.
- Superior Room with Panoramic View and Junior Suite with Panoramic View. Extra space and tranquillity, ideal for families who want more room and a peaceful setting for the baby’s sleep routines.
- Private Villas. The most independent option, offering complete privacy and the freedom to manage your own schedule without the constraints of shared spaces.
All rooms include air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
Dining with a baby
Mealtimes with a young baby require flexibility and practicality, and at Park Hotel Marinetta both are guaranteed. High chairs are available in all restaurants, children’s menus are offered at every service, and the variety of dining options – from the breakfast buffet to the poolside Granace, from the beach bar Café del Mare to the à la carte Ombra della Sera – means you can always find the right format for the moment, whether it is a quick lunch while the baby sleeps or a relaxed family dinner.
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus are available on request at all restaurants.
The beach and pool: safe fun for the whole family
The private beach of Park Hotel Marinetta is sandy, gently sloping and shallow near the shore, making it naturally suitable for very young children taking their first steps in the sea. The beach is open from April to October, with a lifeguard on duty at all times and a dedicated children’s play area.
The Family pool offers a calm and supervised aquatic environment separate from the adults-only pool, with shallow sections appropriate for toddlers
The pine forest and park: space to breathe
The hotel’s 3-hectare private Mediterranean pine forest and the 7 km coastal path running from Marina di Bibbona to Marina di Cecina offer the perfect setting for morning walks with a pram: flat, shaded, traffic-free and entirely accessible without crossing any road.
The Miniclub: for children from 4 years old
Once your child is old enough to join in, the hotel’s Miniclub offers a full programme of free activities from June to September, available to all hotel guests at no extra charge. Activities include treasure hunts, small shows, sports competitions, outdoor games in the park, on the beach and in the pool, evening entertainment and baby dance. The Miniclub is active from mid-June to mid-September and is aimed at children aged 4 to 12.

Children over 3 years old may access the spa during early morning hours (9–11 or 10–12 depending on the season), under the supervision of a responsible adult. Children under 14 are not permitted in the sauna or Turkish bath.
Is there a children's menu?
Yes, a children’s menu is available at all meal services. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are also available on request.
Are there activities for very young children?
The hotel’s beach play area, Family pool and pine forest walks are all suitable for babies and toddlers from the very first months. The Miniclub programme, aimed at children aged 4 to 12, is available free of charge from mid-June to mid-September.
Are the rooms equipped with blackout curtains for the baby's sleep?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with blackout curtains to ensure the darkness and quiet that babies and young children need for their rest routines.
Is it possible to warm up baby food or bottles at the hotel?
